SFS Group is a diversified, non-banking financial group specialising in financial services, capital markets and alternative investments.
Philip Larkos holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. He worked at Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants (at Birmingham's and London's offices) 1982 -1989, mainly concentring in the audit of large companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. In 1988 he founded Share Link Stockbrokers & Investment Consultants together with Christodoulos Ellinas which evolved into SFS Group. In 1989 he attended the London Business School the Investment Management Programme, in 1990 he formed the Larkos & Partners Audit firm in London and Bristol and co-founded with Christodoulos Ellinas the Larkos, Ellinas & Co Audit firm in Cyprus. His expertise is in the sectors of investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, shipping and real estate investments. He is also the Chairman of TFI Public Company Ltd, CyVenture Capital Public Company Ltd and Dot.Cy Developments Ltd.
He is married, with two children aged 17 and 16.
